The Printex Hardware Maintenance Standard Plan offers a one-year fixed price for on-site hardware support and an 8-hour response time to repair your printer. We will replace all parts including any fuser maintenance kits necessary to keep a printer working optimally for one year. Preventive maintenance service calls, which include the inspection, cleaning, and lubrication of all printer parts, are scheduled twice a year.
